Owner and managing director Alison Berneye founded Dreamtime in 1998 after a 15-year career in hotel and catering management followed by a period of shopping centre management.

Alison set up Dreamtime to manage fantastic Christmas grottos using her knowledge and background experience. She was soon approached by many shopping centres around the UK.

Both Alison and Louise combine friendship and family with their roles in the Dreamtime organisation.
