We will use our online booking system to monitor and limit the number of people attending larger events. We will also go through all logistics for the event, analyse and assess the potential pressure points and produce plans
to counter act these situations.
We will have adequate insurance in place and would also ask you to ensure that any items of specific historical or financial value are removed.
Owners park their cars at their own risk.
We would implement a queue management system which would be agreed for each event.

We would devise a bad weather plan. This would be implemented on the day of the event in plenty of time to ensure the event is still smooth running.
Dreamtime Events would produce the advertising with your approval and aim our marketing and advertising campaigns at the correct markets.
