Q: What are your Health and Safety policies?
We follow all the current H&S policies as dictated by the government. We will also supply you with a Risk Assessment and copy of our Public Liability Insurance certificate before the event commences.
Q: How will you handle the litter created and caused by the running of the event?
We will ensure that the grounds are left free of litter. For Events with large crowds we can provide litter pickers and bins.
Q: How will you handle and monitor crowd control?
We will use our online booking system to monitor and limit the number of people attending larger events. We will also go through all logistics for the event, analyse and assess the potential pressure points and produce plans
to counter act these situations.
Q: What will happen if any of my property or valuable items gets damaged?
We will have adequate insurance in place and would also ask you to ensure that any items of specific historical or financial value are removed.
Q: What is your policy on vehicle damage?
Owners park their cars at their own risk.
Q: How would you manage the queues at the event?
We would implement a queue management system which would be agreed for each event.
Q: What insurance documents do you hold?
We hold public liability insurance up to £10,000,000
Q: I don’t have adequate toilet facilities for a big event?
We can provide portable toilet facilities to cater for the expected number of visitors.
Q: Will I get a record of the number of attendees to the Event?
We will provide you with a breakdown of visitors to the Events. With the use of our internet booking system, we will be able to give data detailing where the guests came from for future marketing
Q: How will you organise the car parking?
We can provide car park stewards and signage to ensure car parking is co-ordinated safely.
Q: Can you provide catering facilities?
We can provide a range of catering options.
Q: Will the events reflect the character and standard of my house?
All events can be tailored to suit the era of your property and will also operate on the same high standards.
Q: How would you deal with inclement weather?
We would devise a bad weather plan. This would be implemented on the day of the event in plenty of time to ensure the event is still smooth running.
Q: Who advertises these events and will I get a say in how the adverts are presented?
Dreamtime Events would produce the advertising with your approval and aim our marketing and advertising campaigns at the correct markets.
